We Handle Every Detail

On the day of your event, our team arrives at least 1 hour before your guests. We transport, install, and test BLINK.PRO — including all cables, the display screen, and any custom branding elements.

We do a full test run before you open the doors. If anything needs adjusting, we handle it. You just need to show us where to set up.

Your Guests Play — We Operate

Our trained operator stays on-site for the duration of your rental period. We explain the game to each participant, manage the leaderboard, handle any technical issues, and keep the energy high.

At the end of the event, we pack up and take everything with us. You don't touch the equipment — not when it arrives, not when it leaves.

Standard 230V mains socket required within 5m. We bring our own extension if needed.

Common Questions

Do I need to provide anything?

Just a standard power socket and the space. We bring everything else.
What if something goes wrong on the day?

Our on-site operator handles all technical issues. We carry backup equipment and have never had an event cancelled due to technical failure.
Can I extend the rental during the event?

If we have no back-to-back bookings, yes. Contact us as early as possible on the day and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Can BLINK.PRO be used outdoors?

Yes, in dry weather conditions. We do require shelter from direct rain. If you're planning an outdoor event, let us know and we'll advise on setup.
